On 25th of March 2026, a joint meeting of both Roof development and Alpha Elite executives took place in Roof development headquarters.
The meeting discussed the implementation of the previously agreed plans on terms of Marketing, promotion, pricing strategy and construction plans.
As a result of this fruitful meeting, both parties agreed on that the current pricing of the pre-launch phase shall continue till the beginning of June where a significant price increase will take place for all the units in Emerald Tbilisi.
The meeting also discussed the expansion of promotional activities to include other all countries of the middle-east countries, Gulf and potential countries in Europe.
On the other hand of construction side, the digging works of the first block is confirmed to be fully finished and the pouring concrete for the foundations of the first block of Emerald Tbilisi.
According to the constitution timeline of Emerald Tbilisi, by the end of June, the foundations and the 2 underground parking floors shall be finished and to start of the up level floors.
Hence, the end of pre-launch phase prices on the beginning of June 2026 is completely compatible with the construction progress plan, the project location and high level premium living standards of Emerald Tbilisi.
