On 18th of April 2026, The construction process of Emerald Tbilisi is officially started. After reaching a digging depth of 10 meters underground, we started pouring the foundations to the 2 levels of underground parking in the first block.
The pouring process had a modern techniques of refining, spreading and leveling the concert base in the rocky nature ground of the project soil.
